Doran Schrantz

Doran Schrantz is the founder of the Organizing Lab, working with state and local democratic base-building organizations to advance multi-racial, democratic governing power. Previously, Doran was the Executive Director of ISAIAH and Faith in Minnesota, winning over a decade of historic victories for regular Minnesotans through grassroots organizing. And she is an anchor senior organizer advancing strategies to delegitimize authoritarian governance and advance the potential for multi-racial democracy at the state and federal level. She is also a fellow at The Civic Power Lab at Harvard Kennedy School and advisor to the Democracy and Power Initiative.
